Returns

Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made notebooks.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@technotebooks.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.

Approved Refunds:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@technotebooks.shop.

Exchanges or Damaged Products

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.

If you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately, provide detailed information about the damage with photos, and request a replacement or refund. Make sure to keep the original packaging and damaged item as evidence. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.

Free Shipping on Returns (USA Only)

For customers located within the United States, we offer free shipping on all return orders when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). For returns initiated by the customer for other reasons, standard return shipping rates will apply.
